Yes! We specialize in migrating from any web development tool into Webflow.
A new build would be for brands who are looking for a fresh start with their website, or are migrating from another tool. Monthly Management is for brands who need ongoing support with an existing site, or are struggling to get caught up with updates to their current site.
No. Since there is such a large amount of strategy and planning that goes into building a new website, we are unable to include that under the monthly management subscription.
Most enterprise level brands need a specific workflow and budget to ensure their needs are met and can scale with them as they grow. Since our other tiers are predefined with what features are included, we added this subscription level for brands who need something a little more custom.
The majority of communication will take place via our custom request dashboard or email, where as any other major updates or planning meetings will be held via a video conference.
Tasks marked 'URGENT' will always be pushed to the top of the queue. Depending on the scope of the fix, we will always try to have a solution no more than 24 hours from when the task is submitted.
Only the Enterprise subscription offers support outside of regular working hours (8am-5pm PST). For all other subscriptions those tasks will be addressed the following business day.
Our team will notify you when you are getting close, and when you have hit your monthly hourly limit. We offer add on packages which can be purchased for an additional amount, or we can hold off on actioning a requests until the subscription rolls over.
Absolutely! We can temporarily pause a subscription for as long as you like.
Our team can spend that time auditing the site and identifying areas of improvement and address them after approval. If there is no improvements or fixes to make then we recommend pausing or cancelling the service temporarily.
We schedule a 1 hour session for onboarding but we rarely require the full duration. If you are able to come prepared with everything our team needs to get started, then the process and be expeditated further.
Unfortunately we only focus on Webflow. The only assistance we are able to offer to non Webflow users is a migration onto the platform.
The minimum SLA (service level agreement), for the completion of a task from the time it is received is no sooner than 3 business days.
We guarantee our work and your satisfaction. If after some deliberation, and attempts to rectify the final product you are still unsatisfied, we will refund the monthly cost of the service or the initial deposit for the build.
We offer a 90 day bug fix for all of our projects, free of charge. If anything arises outside of that timeframe, let us know, and we will see what we can do.
