The Client
RenewaFi is the marketplace for wholesale renewable energy in ERCOT. Built for originators by originators, RenewaFi helps sophisticated market participants source offtake, so they can focus on closing deals. Ultimately, RenewaFi’s mission is to help renewable energy professionals decarbonize America’s electric grids.
The Challenge
RenewaFi came to us with a fixed timeline for the launch of their new marketing website. Since their product is the first of its kind, moving quickly was extremely important for them. With only a few weeks to get the project designed and developed, we knew that we needed to have all of the pieces in place to ensure that we would be able to hit the proposed deadline, without sacrificing quality.
The Solution
As with every project, communication was paramount to ensure all of the resources were in place prior to development. Setting up a tight feedback loop between RenewaFi and Flow Sparrow was the key to success. RenewaFi not only provided everything we needed to get started but also gave constructive feedback throughout every stage of the build. As a result, we were able to quickly define the scope and final product, which enabled our team to deliver a world class site in a fraction of the time.
