Case Status is an industry leader in legal technology based in North Charleston, SC. Case Status focuses on delivering innovative technology solutions designed to enhance the engagement between law firms and their clients via their platform which includes a 5-star mobile app.
The Challenge
Case Status approached Flow Sparrow with the need to create a more engaging and functional online presence that could reflect their strong brand, their cutting-edge technology and facilitate a better buyer’s journey for those law firm contacts learning more about their solutions.. Their previous website did not fully convey their current brand, their technology or the user-friendly approach they are known for in the legal tech industry, and as a result required a redesign.
The Solution
While the look and feel of the site wasn’t up to par, the content of the site was effective at converting their current audience. Our team took this on and planned a comprehensive redesign, while maintaining the good of the current content of the site and helping to enhance the content that needed work. The development was geared towards improving site functionality, enhancing user experience, and ensuring easy navigation, which enables visitors to understand the full scope of Case Status’s services and facilitates better user engagement. There was also a large focus on SEO retention and ensuring their team didn’t experience any significant drops, post launch.
